Winemaker's Dinner at Blair Vineyards

Join us for another fabulous winemaker's dinner featuring Chefs Kevin & Justin. The pricing includes the four course meal, wines with each course, tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and pricing is $75 per person. Please contact the winery (610-683-8463) to save your seat as soon as possible, as these dinners tend to sell out.
First Course: Stacked Ratatouille with Jumbo Shrimp and Blackberry Balsamic paired with Blair Vineyards 2010 Chardonnay
Second Course: Blue Cheese and Thyme Steak Roulade, Smoked Pomes Frites, and Black Truffle Oil paired with Blair Vineyards 2008 Pinot Noir
Third Course: Atlantic Salmon, Lavender Horseradish Creme Fraiche, Crab Couscous, and Micro Green Citrus Salad paired with Blair Vineyards 2009 Pinot Noir
Fourth Course: Banana Flambe with Sweet Cream Pastry and Chocolate Ganache paired with Frecon Apple Wine
